Beverley Jean Ross Gunter, age 73, of Sanford, NC, passed away Saturday, April 15, 2017 at her home. She was born in Biddeford, Maine on July 21, 1943 to the late John Ross and Florence Lynch Ross. She was also preceded in death by her husband, John Eugene Gunter. She worked many years at Lufkin Tools, Inc. in the accounting department.
She is survived by her daughter, Linda Jean Gunter Holder and her husband, Travis of Sanford; a brother, Donald William Ross and his wife, Barbara of Gaffney, SC and one grandson, Brent Holder.
The family will receive friends in the fellowship hall of Northview Christian Church on Tuesday, April 18, 2017 from 2:00 to 3:00 PM. The funeral service will follow at 3:00 PM with Pastor Dr. Mike Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in Buffalo cemetery.

Beverly was always pleasant, quiet, and easy to be around. I pray that her family has many wonderful memories to cherish and share when they are together.
