Sylvia P. Vila, of Atlantic Beach, passed away Friday, January 19, 2018 at her home.

Her memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 27, 2018 at Munden Funeral Home in Morehead City, officiated by Reverend C. King Cole.

Sylvia is survived by her husband, Andy Webb of the home; step-son, Sean Webb of Raleigh; sister, Patsy Thomas of Winston Salem; brother, Glenn Phillips of Sanford; nieces, Lisa Smith of King, Jill Yow of Hampstead, and Jennifer Phillips of Sanford; nephews, Robby Moore of Sanford and Chris Yturralde of Sanford.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Glenn Phillips and Daphna Holt Phillips; sisters, Faye Yturralde and Jean Moore.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be sent to the Hospice of Carteret County at PO Box 1619, Morehead City, NC 28557.
