My sincere condolences to Gene's family. I saw Gene as a quiet and humble classmate. I last saw him at a class reunion and only wish we had spent time catching up since HS. I am sure Gene will be sorely missed by all who knew him. Very respectfully, J. Wood

Our classmate(s) Charles & Martha Oldham just informed us they went to a very enjoyable and rewarding event today at St. Luke United Methodist Church in Sanford.
The event was the dedication of the "Eagle's Nest" a new playground for the kindergarten at St. Lukes Church. The playground was dedicated and named for Gene Eagle, a fellow classmate. Charles remembers Gene as a quiet, respectful guy and he and Martha joy in this rememberance of his life.
See the photos taken at the event.
